The project Band is an elite training and management program for young musicians. It has been slowly and carefully designed with the Music Industry and 'Real' Music Markets in mind. The program effectively links young musicians / bands with industry professionals from 'day one', focusing on a systematic mentoring relationship which can last up to five years!
